Justin Snyder is a Video Director, Creative Leader, and Storyteller with 10+ years of experience helping organizations communicate vision through compelling visual content. His background spans commercial production, cinematic storytelling, live broadcast, post-production, motion graphics, training content, and creative leadership.

Currently serving as Video Director for Passion Productions, Justin oversees video production across multiple campuses while remaining actively involved in directing broadcasts, operating cameras, developing training programs, and mentoring production teams. He is passionate about building scalable systems, developing people, and creating content that informs, inspires, and drives meaningful engagement.
